摘要
近年来随着煤矿施工机械化程度的大幅提高,井下大型设备安装面临空间、运输、安装方法及工效等各种因素制约,重点就煤矿井下大型换装站行吊精准安装进行分析。着重介绍安装工艺、方法及重点部位精准控制,通过步骤分解,保证了大型设备安装精度。
In recent years, with the increasing degree of mechanization in coal mine construction, the installation of large-scale equipment in underground faces various constraints such as space, transportation, installation methods and working efficiency. The author focused on the analysis of the precision installation of large-scale refitting stations in underground coal mine. The installation process, method and key parts of precision control were introduced emphatically, and the installation precision of large equipment was guaranteed by the decomposition of steps.
