摘要

准能集团公司不断探索班组建设机制在现代班组建设进化中的新方法,将标准化工作应用到班组管理的各项工作中,构建班组管理标准化体系。在班组管理中充分运用流程理念,推进实施了基础台账标准化、班前会标准化、危险预判标准化、岗位作业标准化、作业环境标准化、物品定置标准化等,构建完整的班组管理标准化体系,规范员工作业行为,保障了安全高效生产。
        Zhuneng Group Co., Ltd. is constantly exploring new methods of team building mechanism in the evolution of modern team building, applying standardization work to all kinds of work of team management, and building a standardization system of team management. Fully utilizing the concept of process in team management, the standardization of basic accounting, pre-class meeting, risk pre-judgment, post operation, working environment and goods placement has been carried out, and a complete standardization system of team management has been established, which has standardized employees' working behavior and ensured safety efficient production.
