摘要
针对电石渣过滤工艺中存在的含水率高、产量低、人工维护量大等问题,通过对电石渣浆液粒度分析,确定满足过滤性能的滤布类型,结合圆盘过滤机工作原理和试验分析,提出一种真空加压圆盘过滤方式。试验结果表明,采用真空加压圆盘过滤方式可以满足电石渣过滤的工艺要求。
In view of the existing problems such as high water content, low output and large amount of manual maintenance duty during the filtration of calcium carbide slag, after the size analysis of the calcium carbide slag slurry, the type of the filtering cloth satisfying the filtration performance was identified. And then, in combination with the working principle of the disc filter and the test analysis, a kind of vacuum pressure disc filtration method was proposed. The test results showed the application of the vacuum pressure disc filtration satisfied the technical requirements of the filtration of calcium carbide slag.
