文件连续体理论的澳大利亚本土实践溯源

摘要
当前,我国档案学界对文件连续体理论在澳大利亚形成的背景和过程的认识尚为浅显,不利于深入理解该理论的概念框架和思想内核。20世纪50年代,以伊恩·麦克林、彼得·斯科特等人为代表的实践工作者在澳大利亚政府文档管理实践中积累了丰富的工作经验,形成了登记室体系、文件系列体系等管理制度和方法,其中文件形成背景的多元关联、事前归档等理念成为孕育文件连续体思想的基础。20世纪90年代,电子文件管理、社群档案管理等实践因素直接推动了弗兰克·阿普沃德等研究者对连续体思想的理论认知和升华,文件连续体理论终于在曲折中诞生,并对国际范围内的文件与档案管理理论与实践产生了深远影响。
At present,the understanding of the formation background and process of the records continuum theory in archival studies in China is still superficial and insufficient,which is not conducive to a thorough understanding of the conceptual framework and ideological core of the theory.In the 1950 s,practitioners represented by Ian Mclean and Peter Scott accumulated rich practical experience in Australian Commonwealth recordkeeping and archival administration,and produced management systems and methods such as The Australian Registry System and Commonwealth Records Series System.These systems and methods,in which the concepts such as the multi-relationships of records formation context and pre-action filing became the basis of continuum thought.In the 1990 s,the emergency of electronic records and the development of community records management directly promoted the theoretical recognition and sublimation of continuum thought by Frank Upward and other researchers.The theory of records continuum finally matured in twists and turns,and has had a profound impact on the theory and practice of records management and archival administration in the international context.
