我国体育非物质文化遗产项目濒危状况与保护措施研究

摘要

运用文献资料法等,依托扎根理论对我国国家级体育非遗项目申报书进行编码分析,剖析体育非遗濒危的现状及缘由,提出相应的保护措施。研究发现:体育非遗项目濒危的原因包括项目依存的文化环境逐渐消亡、传承主体保护缺乏整体性、传承主体流失、档案保护缺乏连续性、项目经济自生能力不足、经费扶持缺乏针对性。提出我国体育非遗保护的改善路径:提高民众的"文化自觉",改善文化环境;注重传承人的积极性与梯队建设,以校园传承方式补偿改善传承主体"断代";政府经费资助加强针对性,经费来源提倡多元化;注重数字化技术的应用,改善档案保护的可持续性。
        By using the methods of literature reviews and grounded theory, this paper makes a coding analysis of the declaration of national sports intangible heritages in China, analyzes the present situation and causes of the endangered sports intangible heritages, and puts forward corresponding protection measures. It is found that the reasons for the endangered sports intangible heritages include the gradual demise of the cultural environment, the lack of integrity in the protection, the loss of the inheritance subject, the lack of continuity in the protection of archives, the lack of economic self-generating ability,and the lack of pertinence in financial support. This paper thereby puts forward improving strategies for the protection of sports intangible heritages in China: to enhance the "cultural consciousness" of the people and modify the cultural environment, to pay attention to the initiative of the inheritors and the echelon construction of the inheritors as well, to compensate and improve the main "inheriting generation" by means of campus inheritance, to strengthen the pertinence of government funding,to promote more sources of funding, to pay attention to the application of digital technology, and to improve the sustainability of file protection.
