血液分析仪技术对急慢性白血病进行检验的临床价值研究

摘要
目的探究对急性白血病、慢性白血病患者血液标本使用血液分析仪技术进行检验的效果,为临床分析和诊断病情提供指导。方法随机抽取2016年1月—2018年8月该院96例白血病患者(观察组,46例急性白血病,50例慢性白血病)及50名同期来该院行健康体检者(对照组)作为观察对象,抽取所有观察对象血液标本,对其结果进行对比分析。结果①观察组患者白细胞计数[(96.69±5.62)×10~9/L]及C反应蛋白水平[(130.89±6.23)mg/L]高于对照组[(7.85±2.12)×10~9/L、(4.89±2.36)mg/L](t=107.71、137.766,P<0.05),且观察组患者红细胞[(3.36±1.36)×10~(12)/L]、平均红细胞体积[(60.28±4.36)L]、血小板[(60.78±4.36)×10~9/L]、血红蛋白水平[(34.69±8.42)g/L]均低于对照组[(4.52±0.26)×10~(12)/L、(85.24±7.48)L、(189.24±9.67)×10~9/L、(126.24±20.78)g/L](t=5.965、25.467、110.590、37.716,P<0.05);②观察1组患者白细胞计数、C反应蛋白水平、平均红细胞体积、血小板水平均低于观察2组患者(P<0.05),且观察1组患者血红蛋白高于观察2组患者(P<0.05),但组间红细胞结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对急慢性白血病患者血液标本使用血液分析仪技术检验具有较好的诊断效果,不仅有助于医师分析病情。
        Objective To investigate the effects of blood analyzers on blood samples from patients with acute leukemia and chronic leukemia, and to provide guidance for clinical analysis and diagnosis. Methods From January 2016 to August 2018, 96 patients with leukemia(observation group, 46 cases of acute leukemia, 50 cases of chronic leukemia) and 50 cases of healthy physical examination(control group) from our hospital were selected. Blood samples were taken from all subjects and their results were compared and ana-lyzed. Results 1.The white blood cell count [(96.69±5.62)×10~9/L] and C-reactive protein level [(130.89±6.23) mg/L] in the observation group were higher than those in the control group [(7.85±2.12)×10~9/L,(4.89±2.36)mg/L](t=107.71, 137.766, P<0.05). In the observed group, red blood cells [(3.36±1.36)×10~(12)/L], mean red blood cell volume [(60.28±4.36) f L], platelets [(60.78)±4.36)×10~9/L], hemoglobin level [(34.69±8.42) g/L] was lower than the control group [(4.52±0.26)×10~(12)/L,(85.24±7.48) f L,(189.24±9.67)×10~9/L,(126.24±20.78)g/L](t=5.965, 25.467, 110.590, 37.716, P<0.05); 2.The white blood cell count, C-reactive protein level, mean red blood cell volume and platelet level of group 1 were lower than those of the observation group 2(P<0.05). The hemoglobin of group 1 was higher than that of the observation group 2(P<0.05). There was statistically no significant difference in red blood cell results between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The blood analyzer technical test has a good diagnostic effect on blood samples of patients with acute or chronic leukemia, and is helpful for the physician to analyze the condition.
