摘要

目的分析规范化管理应用于消毒供应中心外来器械的效果。方法本院于2018年1月开始在消毒供应中心实施外来器械的规范化管理,观察2017年1月至2017年12月未实施规范化管理期间与2018年1月至2018年12月实施规范化管理期间,本院消毒供应室对外来器械的管理情况。结果实施规范化管理后器械清洗合格率、器械完好率、包装质量合格率、器械交接差错率等指标与实施前对比,数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;实施规范化管理后手术科室医护人员对消毒供应室的工作满意率为98.33%,相比较于实施管理前的工作满意率,数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;在实施规范化管理后,外来器械的灭菌时间为(5.23±0.52)min,与管理前对比,数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对消毒供应中心实施规范化管理,可以提高外来器械的消毒合格率,提升医护人员对消毒供应室的工作满意度。
        Objective To analyze the effect of standardized management on the use of external instruments in the disinfection supply center. Methods In January 2018, our hospital began to implement standardized management of foreign devices in the disinfection supply center, and observed the period of standardized management from January 2017 to December 2017 and the standardized management period from January 2018 to December 2018, the management of external equipment in the disinfection supply room of our hospital. Results After the implementation of standardized management, the instrument cleaning pass rate,instrument integrity rate, packaging quality pass rate, instrument handover error rate and other indicators were compared with the preimplementation, the data were significantly different, P<0.05; after the implementation of standardized management, the satisfaction rate of medical staff in the sterilization supply room was 98.33%, compared with the job satisfaction rate before implementation, the data was significantly different, P<0.05; after the standardized management, the sterilization time of the foreign device was(5.23±0.52)min, which was significantly different from that before management, P<0.05. Conclusion Standardized management of the disinfection supply center can improve the disinfection rate of foreign instruments and improve the job satisfaction of medical staff in the disinfection supply room.
