摘要
为建立金菠萝试管苗瓶外生根的繁育技术,以金菠萝组培增殖芽为材料,研究不同生根剂种类(双吉尔-GGR、ABT1号和ABT2号)及浓度(10、20、30 mg/L)对金菠萝试管苗瓶外生根的影响。结果表明,生根剂种类和生根剂浓度对金菠萝试管苗瓶外生根的促进作用差异显著(P<0.05),双吉尔-GGR的最佳使用浓度为10 mg/L,ABT1号为20 mg/L,ABT2号为30 mg/L,其中双吉尔-GGR 10 mg/L的处理对金菠萝试管苗瓶外生根的促进效果最佳,生根率达96.67%,平均根数(4.53±1.76)条,平均根长(2.39±1.19)cm,平均每株根系干重(32.29±6.51)mg,且该处理的地上部分生长良好。
Experiment of Ananas comosus(L.)Merrill with tube shoots to study the effect of three rooting agents on ex vitro rooting was conducted. The results indicated that there were significant difference(P<0.05)in rooting promotion among the tested agents at different concentrations. Of which agent GGR has the optimal effect at concentration of 10 mg/L, ABT1 was at 20 mg/L and ABT2 was at 30 mg/L, respectively. The rooting rate would reach to 96.67% when using GGR at 10 mg/L for rooting of Ananas comosus(L.)Merrill seedling ex vitro, root number averaged in 4.53±1.76 per plantlet and the mean root length was 2.39±1.19 cm, the dry weight was in the range of 0.63±0.11 mg per plantlet. The parts above the soil grow well under the treatment of agent GGR at concentration of 10 mg/L.
