摘要
单相PWM整流器是列车牵引变流器的重要组成部分,主要由IGBT、直流侧电容两大关键部件组成,其运行状态对列车的安全运行至关重要。针对单相PWM整流器IGBT故障时输入电流畸变特性,提出基于小波变换和D-S证据理论相结合的IGBT故障诊断方法;针对直流侧电容等效电路的阻抗特性,提出基于等效串联电阻(ESR)的直流侧电容故障诊断方法。搭建单相PWM整流器仿真模型和实验平台,分别对所提出的IGBT及直流侧电容故障诊断方法进行仿真和实验研究。仿真和实验结果相符,验证了所提出的IGBT及直流侧电容故障诊断方法的正确性和有效性。
        Single-phase PWM rectifier is an important part of the train traction converter, which is mainly composed of IGBT and DC-link capacitor, their running status are crucial to the safe operation of the train. Aiming at the current distortion characteristic of single-phase PWM rectifier with IGBT fault, this paper presented an IGBT fault diagnosis method based on wavelet transform and D-S evidence theory. Aiming at the impedance characteristic of the DC-link capacitor equivalent circuit,this paper presented a DC-link capacitor fault diagnosis method based on equivalent series resistance(ESR). The simulation model and a test platform of single-phase PWM rectifier were built, to simulate and test the proposed fault diagnosis method. The experimental results were consistent with the simulation results, verifying the correctness and validity of the proposed fault diagnosis methods.
