考虑行程时间波动性的城市道路阻抗函数模型

摘要
在对国内外研究现状进行总结的基础上,利用路段行程时间标准差和均值的比值构造行程时间波动性,提出利用行程时间波动性建立道路阻抗函数模型。在计算行程时间波动性时,同时考虑了机动车和非机动车对行程时间波动性的影响,采用最大似然估计法对行程时间波动性阻抗函数模型参数进行估计。文尾进行了实例分析,在确定各个路段行程时间波动性的基础上,采用dijstra算法确定最短路径,最后利用全有全无方法进行交通分配。
        In this paper,the travel time volatility was structured using the ratio of the travel time standard deviation and the average travel time on the basis of the research status at home and abroad.And the road impedance function model was established based on the volatility of travel time. When calculating the volatility of travel time,at the same time,the motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles influence on the volatility of travel time were both considered. The maximum likelihood estimation method was used to estimated the travel time volatility impedance function model parameters. Finally,an example analysis was carried out. The shortest path was determined by using the dijstra algorithm after determining the travel time volatility of each road. And then the traffic assignment was made by using all and nothing method.
