基于计划行为理论的绿色行为意向形成分析

以计划行为理论(Theory ofPlanned Behavior,TPB)对居民绿色行为意向进行探讨,使用结构方程研究绿色行为意向与行为态度、主观范式、知觉行为控制的关系,以及与自主动机、预期外在回报、绿色氛围三个前置变量的关系。结果显示绿色行为态度对行为意向有正向影响,而主观范式和知觉行为控制并没有显著影响居民绿色行为意向。自主动机、预期外在回报和绿色氛围均对行为态度和行为意向有正向影响,表明行为态度在前置变量和行为意向的关系中起中介效应。根据研究结果,可以从多方面得到推动居民参与绿色行为的启示。
Drawing on the theory of planned behavior, this study investigated the intentions among residents to implement green behavior. We studied the theoretical model using structural equation analysis. We linked the intentions to green behavior of respondents to their attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control, as well as three antecedents: autonomous motivation, anticipated extrinsic benefit and green climate. The results show that attitude towards green behavior positively influences intention to green behavior, whereas the effects of subjective norms and perceived behavioral control are found to be insignificant respectively. Autonomous motivation, anticipated extrinsic and green climate are positively related to attitude towards green behavior and intention to green behavior respectively,indicating that attitude towards green behavior mediates the relationship between three antecedents and intention to green behavior. The implications of promoting green behavior are discussed in accordance with the study findings.
