摘要

合同能源管理是一种按照市场化运作的新型节能项目运行模式,起源于北美及欧洲国家,因其具有的零投资、低风险等特点,受到广泛关注,油田企业在生产能源的同时也大量消耗着能源,对能源的有效利用和管理对企业自身成本降低有现实意义。根据油田企业自身特点,分析了合同能源管理不同环节上的风险分析及对应的策略,结合现有合作案例进行实证分析,为合同能源管理在油田节能行业的有效开展,提供参考和借鉴。
        Contract energy management is a new energy-saving project operation mode based on market-oriented operation. It originated in North America and European countries. Because of its characteristics of zero investment and low risk,it has attracted wide attention. Oilfield enterprises,as large producers,are also energy-consuming ones. Effective development of energy-saving work can reduce cost and increase efficiency of oil fields. Of great significance. According to the characteristics of oilfield enterprises, this paper analyses the risk analysis and corresponding strategies in different links of contract energy management, and carries out empirical analysis based on existing cooperation cases, providing reference and reference for the effective development of contract energy management in Oilfield energy-saving industry.
