摘要
为检测油气长输管道在复杂服役环境下管道壁的应力,提出了利用油气管道壁的磁力耦合效应进行实时在线应力检测,论述了其原理和应用方法。探讨了油气管道常用管线钢应力改变磁畴结构及运动方式的机理,总结了油气长输管道的应力检测系统的应用技术要点,分析了磁力耦合式应力检测系统的工程应用条件。
In order to detect the stress of oil and gas pipeline wall in complex service environment, a real-time on-line stress detection method based on magnetic coupling effect of oil and gas pipeline wall is proposed, and its principle and application method are discussed. The mechanism that the stress changes the magnetic domain structure and movement mode of common oil and gas pipeline steels is discussed. The technical key points of applying long-distance oil and gas pipeline stress detection system are summarized. The engineering application conditions of the magnetic coupling stress detection system are analyzed.
