合同能源管理在裂解汽油加氢装置节能改造中的应用

摘要
采用合同能源管理模式,节能公司与烯烃厂对裂解汽油加氢装置进行了节能改造。通过采取蒸汽分级利用,改进换热流程,采用高效换热器等节能措施,改造后装置综合能耗降低36%,年节能效益约1 400万元。文章对合同能源管理概念、裂解汽油加氢装置改造前后能源消耗情况、合同能源管理实施流程、项目节能量和节能效益的计算方法及结果等进行了分析。结果表明,采用合同能源管理模式进行节能改造,不仅加快了项目进程,有效降低了项目投资,同时节能公司亦可享受税收优惠政策和财政奖励,增加了项目的盈利能力。该项目的成功实践,使节能公司和烯烃厂得到双赢,为石油化工企业采用合同能源管理模式进行节能改造提供了很好的借鉴。
        An energy-saving company and an olefin plant carried out energy-saving renovation of pyrolysis gasoline(pygas) hydrogenation unit with energy performance contracting mode. By adopting steam cascade utilization, improving heat exchange process and adopting energy-saving measures such as high-efficiency heat exchanger, the comprehensive energy consumption of the unit was 36% lower than that before the renovation, and the annual energy saving efficiency was about 14 million yuan. This paper analyzes the concept of energy performance contracting, the energy consumption before and after renovation of the pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit, the implementation process of energy performance contracting, the calculation method and results of energy saving and energy saving benefits of the project. The results show that the adoption of energy performance contracting mode for energy-saving renovation not only can speed up the project process and effectively reduces the project investment,but also increase the profitability of the project through the preferential tax policies and financial incentives enjoyed by energy-saving companies. With the successful practice of this project, both energy-saving company and olefin plant have won a win-win situation, which provides a good reference for petrochemical companies to use contract energy management mode for energy-saving renovation.
