内环倒扣瓶盖四面内抽芯脱模机构设计

摘要
针对某容器带内环倒扣瓶盖的注塑成型要求,设计了1模8腔点浇口三板模注塑模具。模具分5次分型,单腔中,塑件采用单点点浇口进行浇注。针对4个环形倒扣,设计了依靠模板驱动的四面内抽芯机构,实现了塑件上4个环形倒扣特征的脱模。四面内抽芯机构主要构件包括中央四面斜燕尾槽抽芯块、侧抽芯活动镶件、活动镶件架;机构依靠中央四面斜燕尾槽抽芯块的侧面燕尾槽与侧抽芯活动镶件滑动联结,用于驱动侧抽芯活动镶件内收抽芯。模具结构设计新颖,借助于四面内抽芯脱模机构设计,实现了塑件的自动化注塑生产;机构动作可靠,加工装配简单。
        Aimed at the injection molding needs of a bottle cap with inner ring inverted buckle,the three-plate injection mould with 8 cavities which was poured by point gate system was designed. The mold was opened in 5 different stages. In single cavity,single point gate was used for pouring plastic part. In order to realize the demoulding of the four rings on the product,a four-sided internal core pulling mechanism driven by the template was designed. The main components of the core pulling mechanism in four directions included the center core pulling block,the side core pulling movable insert,and the movable insert frame. The mechanism relied on the side swallowtail groove of the center core pulling block connection between the side core pulling movable insert,which was used to drive the side core pulling movable insert to move to receive extraction. The mould structure design was novel and the automatic injection molding production of plastic parts was realized with the help of simple and deforming mechanism design of four-sided core drawing. The mechanism was reliable and the part processing and assembly was convenient.
