摘要
某石化公司单套小规模硫磺回收装置,包括:一套60 t/h的污水汽提、一套50 t/h的溶剂再生和一套3.0 kt/a硫磺回收(下称硫磺回收装置)。几年来,结合硫磺回收装置安全生产实际案例,不间断培训员工,提高员工预防及应急处理能力;对危险源进行分级管理并及时整改消除;对设施关键部位、易磨损、易腐蚀部位进行跟踪检测、记录,依据检测结果及时处理问题;积极引进和应用"四新"技术。硫磺回收装置从2016年2月开始至2018年底,实现了安全长周期运行,尾气排放SO_2平均值不超过220 mg/m~3。
A small-scale sulfur recovery unit in a petrochemical company includes 60 t/h sewage stripping unit, 50 t/h solvent regeneration unit and 3 kt/a sulfur recovery unit(hereinafter referred to as the unit). Over the past few years, some steps have been taken combined with actual cases of the unit: continuous training for improving employee emergency response capability; classified management of hazard sources and rectification; testing and recording on unit's key parts, vulnerable parts, corrosion parts and solving problems in time; introducing and applying four new technologies. From February 2016 to the end of 2018, long-term stable operation had been achieved with SO_2 average emission value which is no more than 220 mg/m~3.
