摘要
为了解决现有支架搬运车难以适应煤矿立井罐笼运输的问题,开发出一种新型滑移转向整体式支架搬运车,实现缩短整车外形尺寸的同时确保整车功能性要求。通过对比分析现有支架搬运车结构形式,对整车结构及系统进行了合理布局,对发动机及静液驱动系统进行了匹配分析,设计了由十字先导手柄控制的滑移转向系统。工业性试验证明,该新型滑移转向支架搬运车结构紧凑,布置合理,整机可靠性高,有效解决了整车入罐运输问题。
In order to solve the problem that shield carrier can′t be transport by cage of mine shaft,a new skid steer shield carrier was presented to realized the shorten overall dimension, meanwhile, ensure the vehicles functional requirements. Reasonable layout the vehicles structure and system by analyzing the present vehicle structure and form. The matching of engine and hydrostatic drive was studied. A steering system control by cross pilot valve was designed. The industrial test shows that skid steer shield carrier has the compact structure, reasonable distribution and high reliability, and effectively solved the problems of cage can′t transport holistic shield carrier.
