摘要
本研究介绍了脉冲布水-水解酸化池联合厌氧好氧(A/O)工艺处理石化废水的运行情况,重点研究了脉冲布水后,对水解酸化池及其后续出水水质的影响。通过分析COD、BOD_5、氨氮、总磷、硝态氮、硫酸根和硫离子等研究该设备对石化废水的去除效果和变化规律,获得了较优的运行参数。工程运行期间,水质数据表明废水处理效果良好,出水指标达到《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31571-2015)要求。
This study introduces the operation of pulsed water distribution combined with hydrolysis acidification tank and anaerobic/aerobic(A/O) process to treat petrochemical wastewater, and focuses on the influence of pulsed water distribution on the water quality of hydrolysis acidification tank and subsequent effluent.By analyzing COD, BOD_5, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, nitrate nitrogen, sulfuric acid and sulfur ion, the removal effect and change rule of petrochemical wastewater were studied. During the operation of the project, the water quality data showed that the wastewater treatment effect was good, and the effluent index met the design standard of "Standards for the Discharge of Pollutants in the Petrochemical Industry"(GB 31571-2015).
