摘要

随着社会经济的快速发展,水资源分布不均、短缺、污染等导致了严重的生态问题,在生态文明理念下,对水资源进行优化配置,加强水资源的可持续发展具有非常重要的意义。本文重点阐述在生态文明视域下的水资源保护及利用研究,以供参考。
