摘要

本文以沪深两市A股2000多家制造业上市公司为样本,测算了2013—2017年按照行业、地区、所有制、企业寿命四个维度,上市公司研发投入的主要特征,并选择医药制造业等五个行业分析了公司研发投入与经营绩效的定量关系。部分行业研发投入与当期经营绩效负相关,部分行业研发投入对经营绩效的拉动作用滞后两年且效果不明显,较成熟企业研发投入对经营绩效的拉动作用明显强于成长期企业。
        This paper takes Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares and more than 2,000 manufacturing listed companies as samples, and measures the main characteristics of R&D investment of listed companies in 2013-2017 according to the four dimensions of industry, region, ownership and enterprise life, and chooses five industries including pharmaceutical manufacturing to analyze the quantitative relationship between the company's R&D investment and business performance.The investment in R&D of some industries is negatively correlated with the performance of the current period.The R&D investment of some industries has a lagging effect on business performance for two years and the effect is not obvious.The R&D investment of mature enterprises is obviously stronger than that of the growing enterprises.
