河北省高等教育研究的现状分析与提升策略

摘要

河北省高等教育改革发展亟需高等教育研究提供专业智力支持。从研究主体(研究机构、研究队伍)、研究成果(研究内容、成果转化)两维度四指标对河北省高等教育研究现状进行调查,发现主要存在四方面问题:高等教育研究机构数量少、受重视程度不够、建设力度较小;高等教育研究整体实力较弱;高等教育研究主题与河北省高等教育改革发展需求联系不紧密;研究成果未得到合理而有效的转化。借鉴先进省份成功做法,河北省高等教育研究水平提升策略主要有:重视并加强高等教育研究机构建设,形成多层次多类型的结构布局;以实践导向和问题导向设立专项课题,促进研究成果的有效转化;加强学术交流与平台建设,有效提升研究水平和服务能力。
        Higher education reform in Hebei Province needs professional support from higher education research. The present situation of higher education research in Hebei Province has been investigated from two dimensions and four indexes, we find four main problems: the number of research institutions is small; the level of higher education research is low; the theme of higher education research is not contacted very closely to the demands of higher education practice; the research achievements have not been transformed reasonably. The strategies of improving the level of higher education research in Hebei Province are as follows: strengthening the construction of higher education research institutions to form a multi-level and multi-type structure; setting up special projects with practice-oriented and problem-oriented to promote the effective transformation of research achievements; enhancing academic exchanges and platform building, effectively improving the research level and service capacity.
