摘要

建设质量标准是推动现代远程教育科学发展的必然要求,必须树立科学的质量观,明确质量保证要素,选择合理的策略和路径,建设适合国情和促进发展的现代远程教育质量标准体系。
        The construction of quality standards is an inevitable requirement to promote the scientific development of modern distance education. It is necessary to establish a scientific quality concept, clarify the quality assurance elements, select reasonable strategies and paths, and establish a quality standard system of modern distance education suitable for the national conditions and promote development.
