摘要

全国监狱工作会议提出以政治改造为统领,统筹推进政治改造、监管改造、教育改造、文化改造、劳动改造的"五大改造"新格局,科学指明了监狱学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的道路选择,理性回答了监狱工作理念、模式和方法的改革方向,无不体现着马克思主义哲学观、系统观和全面观的丰富内涵。正确认识五大改造之间的关系是构建监狱工作新格局的逻辑起点,对这一问题进行理性追问与哲学思辨是理论创新和实践创新的必由之路。
        The national prison work conference puts forward the new pattern of "Five Great Transformation",which is guided by political transformation, comprehensively promotes political reform, supervision and reform,educational reform, cultural transformation and re-education through labor, and scientifically points out the road choice of prison learning to carry out Xi Jinping's new era socialist thought with Chinese characteristics, and rationally answers the concept of prison work, the reform direction of mode and method, which all embodies the rich connotation of Marxist philosophy view, system view and comprehensive view. Correctly understanding the relationship between the five major transformation is the logical starting point of constructing the new pattern of prison work, and rational questioning and philosophical speculation on this issue is the only way for theoretical and practical innovation.
