四肢骨折合并严重软组织损伤采用负压封闭引流术治疗的临床效果分析

摘要

目的探讨四肢骨折伴严重软组织损伤患者,通过负压封闭引流术VSD治疗的临床效果。方法将本院2016年5月至2018年5月收治80例四肢骨折合并严重软组织损伤患者,以奇偶分组法,分为实验组和参照组,各40例。实验组通过负压封闭引流术治疗,参照组通过常规疗法治疗,对实验组和参照组的临床疗效进行观察。结果实验组、参照组的治疗总有效率分别为:92.5%、72.5%,前者明显优于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组和参照组术后并发症发生率的数据对比显示为:5%、20%,实验组具有明显的优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在临床相关指标(住院时间、骨折愈合时间、换药次数)方面相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用负压封闭引流术,治疗四肢骨折合并严重软组织损伤,临床效果确切,而且能保证治疗的安全性,减少患者住院时间、骨折愈合时间、换药次数,适用于四肢骨折合并严重软组织损伤治疗中应用和推广。
        Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) in the treatment of limb fracture with severe soft tissue injury. Methods From May 2016 to May 2018, 80 patients with limb fracture complicated with severe soft tissue injury were divided into experimental group and control group by odd and even grouping method, 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated by vacuum sealing drainage, and the control group was treated by routine therapy. The clinical efficacy of the experimental group and the control group was observed.Results The total effective rates of the experimental group and the reference group were 92.5% and 72.5%, respectively. The former was significantly better than the latter(P<0.05). Comparisons between the experimental group and the control group showed that the incidence of complications was 5% and 20%. The experimental group had obvious advantages, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were significant differences in the clinical related indicators(hospitalization time, fracture healing time, dressing change times) between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure sealing drainage is effective in the treatment of limb fracture with severe soft tissue injury. It can also ensure the safety of treatment, reduce hospitalization time, fracture healing time and dressing change times. It is suitable for the treatment of limb fracture with severe soft tissue injury.
