摘要

目的观察雄蚕益肾方联合小剂量他达拉非治疗男性迟发性性腺功能减退症(LOH)伴男性勃起功能障碍(ED)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2015年10月至2016年12月湖南中医药大学第一附属医院诊治的106例符合LOH伴ED诊断的男性患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各53例。对照组服用正常剂量他达拉非,试验组服用雄蚕益肾方联合小剂量他达拉非,疗程均为1个月。比较组内和组间治疗前后的老年男子症状(AMS)量表评分、国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)、血清总睾酮(TT)、游离睾酮(FT)水平以及治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果①试验组治疗后与对照组治疗后比较,AMS评分显著下降,IIEF-5评分、血清TT及FT水平显著提高,两组比较具有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②试验组治疗期间不良反应的发生率明显小于对照组。结论雄蚕益肾方联合小剂量他达拉非治疗LOH伴ED疗效显著且安全。
        Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiongcan Yishen decoction(XCYSD) combined with low-dose tadalafil(LDT)on late-onset hypogonadism(LOH) accompanied with erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods 106 patients with LOH and ED diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were selected and divide into control group and experimental group with 53 cases for each.Control group was given normal-dose tadalafil, and the experimental group was given XCYSD combined with LDT, both last for a month.The scores of Aged Male Symptoms(AMS) and International Index of Erectile Function(IIEF-5), serum testosterone(TT), free testosterone(FT) and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between groups and within groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,AMS score decreased significantly and IIEF-5 score,serum TT and FT levels increased significantly in the experimental group after treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group during treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusions XCYSD combined with LDT in the treatment of LOH with ED is effective and safe.
