热毒宁联合阿糖腺苷治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效观察

摘要

目的观察热毒宁联合阿糖腺苷治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的效果。方法选取我院2016.07-2017.08疱疹性咽峡炎患儿80例,随机分为实验组与对照组各40人,实验组给予热毒宁0.5mL/Kg.d,最大量为10mL/d。阿糖腺苷0.01g/kg.d,最大剂量0.1g/d,输注5天,对照组给予维生素C100mg/Kg.d,阿糖腺苷0.01g/Kg.d,最大剂量0.1g/d输注3-5天。对比两组患儿口腔疱疹的消退时间、热退时间、咽痛消退时间。结果实验组症状消退时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。结论热毒宁组可缩短患儿疗程,减轻患儿痛苦,提高疗效。
        Objective To observe clinical effect in treating herpetic angina of children with Reduning injection and acinosine adenosineand. Methods Eighty children with herpetic angina were selected to this investigation from 2016.07 to 2017.08 randomLy devided to control group which was given acinosine adenosineand(10 mg/kg.d Max0.1 g/d) and vitmine C(100 mg/kg Max 0.1 g/d)for5 days and experience group was given herpetic angina(0.5 mL/kg.d Max10 mL/d) and vitmin C(100 mg/kg)for 3-5 days.Each group include 40 persons. Compared the time of herpes elimination、pyrolysis、sore pain subsiding. Results The time of experience group is obviously shorter than the control group(P<0.001). Conclusion The experimental group can shorten the course of disease, alleviate the pain of children and improve the curative effect.
