摘要

目的:研究细胞周期蛋白B1(CCNB1)mRNA在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:利用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(Real-time PCR)检测CCNB1 mRNA在42例OSCC组织和17例口腔正常黏膜组织中的表达,并分析其相对表达量与临床特征的关系。结果:CCNB1 mRNA在OSCC中高表达(P<0.05),高分化组织中表达量低于中低分化者(P<0.05),临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期组低于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期(P<0.05)。不同年龄、不同性别组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CCNB1基因表达的增高可能在OSCC增殖过程中起到重要作用。
        Objective: To study the expression of cyclin B1(CCNB1) mRNA in squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and it's clinical signiicance. Methods: The relative expression of CCNB1 mRNA was detected by Real-time PCR for 42 cases of OSCC and 17 of healthy tissues. Results: Over expression of CCNB1 mRNA was observed in OSCC(t=12.446, P<0.05), the expression was correlated with the differentiation(t=2.725, P<0.05) and clinical stage(t=4.150, P<0.05) of the lesion, but not with the age(t=0.121, P>0.05) and gender(t=1.342, P>0.05) of the patients. Conclusion: CCNB1 gene may play an important role in the development of OSCC.
