3D腹腔镜在子宫肌瘤手术中的临床应用效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨3D腹腔镜在子宫肌瘤手术中的临床应用效果。方法:按家属意愿将2016年3月～2019年3月某院收治的39例单发肌壁间子宫肌瘤患者分为两组,对照组14例,研究组25例,分别行传统2D腹腔镜、3D腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术治疗,对比两组围术期各项指标差异。结果:39例患者无中转开腹病例,均顺利完成手术;研究组术中出血量低于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组住院时间与术后肛门排气时间略短,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3D腹腔镜用于子宫肌瘤切除术中可降低手术难度,减少术中出血量,缩短手术用时,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of 3D laparoscopy in hysteromyoma surgery. Methods: According to the wishes of family members, 39 patients with single intramural uterine fibroids admitted to a hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were divided into two groups: control group with 14 cases and study group with 25 cases. They were treated with traditional 2D and 3D laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy respectively. The perioperative indexes of the two groups were compared. Results: 39 patients did not have the conversion to laparotomy, all the patients successfully completed the operation; The bleeding volume in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the operation time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the hospitalization time and anal exhaust time after the operation in the study group was slightly shorter, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: 3D laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy can reduce the difficulty of surgery, reduce intraoperative bleeding and shorten the operation time, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
