摘要
目的:分析对比手足部骨折应用可吸收螺钉和自身增强可吸收棒治疗的效果。方法:从某院骨科中抽取80例手足部骨折患者为研究对象,按照患者入院后病床的单双数分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,观察组采用可吸收螺钉和自身增强可吸收棒治疗,而对照组采用可吸收螺钉治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的临床指标、出现的并发症以及治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗后的住院时间、骨折愈合时间、下床活动时间均明显短于对照组,其并发症发生率更低,观察组的治疗有效率较高于对照组,对比差异明显,P<0.05。结论:临床中治疗手足部骨折选用可吸收螺钉和自身增强可吸收棒治疗的效果较明显,患者的骨折能得到有效矫正,值得医学广泛使用。
        Objective:To analyze the effect of absorbable screws and self-enhanced absorbable rods in the treatment of hand and foot fractures. Methods: 80 patients with hand-foot fractures from department of orthopedics in a hospital were enrolled in this study. According to the single and double numbers of patients after admission, they were divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given absorbable screws and the self-enhanced absorbable rod treatment, while the control group was treated with absorbable screws. The clinical indexes, complications and treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The hospitalization time, fracture healing time, and time of getting out of bed in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the complication rate was lower. The treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the contrast was significant,P<0.05. Conclusion: The clinical treatment of hand-foot fractures with absorbable screws and self-enhanced absorbable rods is more effective. The fractures of patients can be effectively corrected and it is worthy of extensive use in medical.
