睡眠障碍护理对神经内科住院患者睡眠障碍影响的临床效果观察

摘要

目的:以神经内科病患者为研究对象,通过调查分析影响其睡眠质量的主要因素来探究科学有效的护理措施。方法:选取2018年3月至2018年9月福建省泉州市第一医院神经内科收治的睡眠障碍患者30例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组15例。对照组和观察组分别采用常规护理与睡眠障碍干预护理。对2组患者在PSQI总分、睡眠时长、睡眠质量、入睡时长等方面进行比较分析。结果:采取睡眠障碍干预护理前,2组患者PSQI总分、睡眠时长、睡眠质量、入睡时长等相关评价指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),护理后观察组PSQI总分、睡眠时长、睡眠质量、入睡时长等4种评价指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:对于神经内科住院患者而言,睡眠障碍干预可有效提升其睡眠质量,促进其身体康复,具有一定的推广应用价值。
        Objective: Neurology patients as the research object,through the investigation and analysis of main factors which influence the quality of sleep to explore scientific and effective nursing measures. Methods: According to the principle of random configuration will be seven months since March 2018 in Fujian Quanzhou First Hospital Neurology Department of 30 patients,the average was divided into two groups,control group and observation group received conventional nursing intervention with sleep disorders. On two groups of patients in PSQI scores,the sleep time,sleep quality,sleep duration,etc were analyzed. Results: To take a sleep disorder intervention nursing before,evaluation indexes of two groups of patients have high similarity( P > 0. 05),after care,compared with control group,the observation group were dominant in the four kinds of evaluation index,was a significant difference between groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: For patients hospitalized in neurology,sleep disorder intervention can effectively improve their sleep quality,promote their physical rehabilitation,has certain application value.
