摘要

目的探讨急性期带状疱疹和带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者外周血CD4~+CD45RO~+、CD4~+CD45RA~+T细胞的表达及其意义。方法收集带状疱疹患者47例(其中急性期带状疱疹患者35例,带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者12例)、健康对照者20例,采用流式细胞术检测研究对象外周血中CD4~+CD45RA~+、CD4~+CD45RO~+T细胞水平并进行比较。结果急性期带状疱疹患者CD4~+CD45RA~+T细胞水平明显低于带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者及健康对照者(P<0.05);急性期带状疱疹患者CD4~+CD45RO~+/CD4~+CD45RA~+比值均明显高于带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者及健康对照者(P<0.05)。结论 CD4~+CD45RA~+T细胞的减少可能与急性期带状疱疹的发病相关。
        Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD4~+CD45 RO~+and CD4~+CD45 RA~+T cells in peripheral blood of the patients with acute herpes zoster and postherpetic neuralgia.Methods Forty-seven patients with herpes zoster(35 cases of herpes zoster and 12 cases of postherpetic neuralgia)and 20 healthy controls were collected.The flow cytometry was used to detect peripheral blood CD4~+CD45 RA~+and CD4~+CD45 RO~+T cells levels and conduct the comparison.Results The levels of CD4~+CD45 RA~+T cells in the patients with acute herpes zoster were significantly lower than those in the patients with postherpetic neuralgia and healthy control(P<0.05),while the CD4~+CD45 RO~+/CD4~+CD45 RA~+ratio was significantly increased compared with the patients with postherpetic neuralgia and healthy controls(P<0.05).Conclusion The decrease of CD4~+CD45 RA~+T cells may be associated with the onset of acute herpes zoster.
