摘要
目的:分析疏肝调神针灸法对创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)致睡眠障碍大鼠海马区异常神经信息编码时空模式及受损神经元超微结构影响。方法:选取SPF级Wistar雄性大鼠45只,随机数字表法将大鼠分成三组,观察组、模型组与正常组,每组各15只,观察组与模型组大鼠制备PTSD模型,钻颅法埋置电极并记录大鼠非快速动眼睡眠期(NREMS)及快速动眼睡眠期(REMS)时间,检测大鼠海马CA3与CA1区域内神经元的放电波幅数值及超微结构状况。结果:模型组大鼠NERMS及REMS潜伏期比正常组上升,观察组比模型组下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型组大鼠海马CA1、CA3波幅数值比正常组下降,观察组比模型组上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝调神针灸法可显著改善PTSD睡眠障碍大鼠的睡眠质量,逆转其海马区神经元的放电活动并恢复神经元细胞结构。
        Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the spatial and temporal patterns of abnormal neuronal information in the hippocampus of rats with sleep disorder induced by post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) and the ultrastructure of damaged neurons.Methods:A total of 45 male Wistar male rats were randomly divided into three groups.The observation group, the model group and the normal group, 15 rats in each group.The PTSD model was prepared by the observation group and the model group.The cranial method was used to embed the electrodes and the non-rapid eye movement sleep period(NREMS) and rapid eye movement sleep(REMS) time were recorded.The amplitude and ultrastructure of the neurons in the hippocampal CA3 and CA1 regions were measured.Results:The latency of NERMS and REMS in the model group was higher than that in the normal group.The difference between the observation group and the model group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amplitude of CA1 and CA3 in the hippocampus of the model group was lower than that of the normal group.The group was higher than the model group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Tiaoshen acupuncture can significantly improve the sleep quality of rats with PTSD sleep disorder, reverse the discharge activity of neurons in hippocampus and restore the structure of neuron cells.
