摘要
【目的】为保护海螺沟野生重楼资源,给区域野生重楼人工驯化和规范化种植提供依据。【方法】本研究采用实地调查、标本采集鉴定和访问调查相结合的方法对海螺沟生长的野生重楼种类、分布及生境条件进行了详细调查。【结果】研究发现,海螺沟共有8种野生重楼植物,包括七叶一枝花(Paris polyphylla var. chinensis)、黑籽重楼(P. thibetica)、禄劝花叶重楼(P. luquanensis)、短梗重楼(P. delavayi)和毛重楼(P. mairei)5个种,球药隔重楼(P. fargesii var. fargesii)、狭叶重楼(P. polyphylla var. stenophylla)和具柄重楼(P. delavayi var. petiolata)3个变种。多生长在海拔1600~2400 m的常绿阔叶林、杂木林及竹林灌丛中,适宜的土壤为酸性或中性的砂壤土、腐殖质土。【结论】海螺沟重楼种类和数量随海拔升高呈先增后降的趋势,分布最广的是七叶一枝花,为《中国药典》(2015年版)收载,是海螺沟主流野生重楼品种,可在当地发展野生品种的人工驯化和规模化种植。
        【Objiective】The present paper aims to provide the basis for the protection, artificial domestication and standardized planting of wild Paris plant. 【Method】The species, distribution and growing environment of wild Paris resources in Hailuogou were investigated by conducting field investigation and specimens identification and consulting relevant aboriginal people. 【Result】The results demonstrated that the 8 taxa of wild Paris, including Paris polyphylla var. chinensis, P. thibetica, P. luquanensis, P. delavayi, P. mairei, P. fargesii, P. polyphylla var. Stenophylla and P. delavayi var. petiolata had been clarified. Most of them grow in evergreen broad-leaved forests, mixed forests and bamboo shrubs at 1600-2400 m above sea level, and the suitable soils are acidic or neutral sandy loam and humus soils. 【Conclusion】The species and number of Paris increase first and then decrease with increasing altitude in the area. Paris polyphylla var. Chinensis is the most widely distributed species in Hailuogou, which is included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 Edition), and it can be used for the artificial domestication and large-scale cultivation in the local area.
