摘要
浙江一次能源匮乏,发展核电是保证浙江能源供应安全的必然选择。根据负荷预测及电源发展规划,核电机组需参与调峰。本文从定性和定量两个方面对秦二厂4台核电机组参与调峰进行安全分析,认为在较长的时间里调峰运行,功率频繁波动会带来安全性降低,但核电机组可以在短时期内降功率运行满足负荷供应的需要。
Zhejiang lacks primary energy,and developing nuclear power is an inevitable choice to ensure the safety of Zhejiang's energy supply. According to load forecasting and power development planning,nuclear power plants need to participate in peak shaving. This paper ana lyzes the safety of four nuclear power units in Qinshan Phase2 Plant from the qualitative and quantitative aspects. It is considered that peaking operation in a long time,frequent fluctuations in power will bring about safety reduction,but nuclear power plants can be short. The power reduction operation during the period meets the needs of the load supply.
