高精度桥式传感器信号调理电路设计与实现

摘要
针对桥式传感器数据采集系统中桥式传感器输出的信号微弱、噪声大,不能直接进行A/D采集的问题,为了提高数据采集系统的精度,设计了桥式传感器信号的调理电路。设计采用FPGA作为主控芯片,实现了整个调理电路的程控,并给出了电路的硬件设计;具体介绍了程控桥式传感器接口模块、程控放大模块和程控滤波模块的设计,放大增益范围为0~60 dB可调,滤波截止频率范围为0~50 kHz可调,操作方便,灵活性高,成本低,有着非常好的交流和直流性能。经仿真和实验验证,直流精度优于0.1%,能广泛应用于相关工程领域。
        Aiming at the problem that the signal output of the bridge sensor in the data acquisition system is weak and the noise is large so that can not be directly collected by A/D,to improve the bridge sensor signal accuracy,a signal conditioning circuit for bridge sensor was designed.The design adopted FPGA as the main control chip,the program control of the whole conditioning circuit was realized.The hardware design of the circuit was given.The design of program-controlled sensor interface module,program-controlled amplifier module and program-controlled filter module were introduced.The amplification gain range was adjustable from 0 to 60 dB,and the filter cutoff frequency range was adjustable from 0 to 50 kHz.The operation was convenient,the flexibility was high,the cost was low and had excellent AC and DC performance.The simulation and experimental results show that the accuracy is better than 0.1%,and it can be widely used in related fields.
