摘要
本文以山区城市的经济发展状况为基础,为制定合理的防洪标准、建立径流模型方面提供技术支持。主要采用GIS技术对数据进行处理,通过集对分析法优化防洪标准方案,选取最佳方案建立降雨模拟模型、山区流域地形三维模型,促进径流模型的建立,解决山区城市防洪排涝工作的难题。
        The unfavorable conditions for flood control in mountainous cities mainly include the formulation of flood control standards and the establishment of runoff models. The points of these adverse conditions are the collection of rainfall data in mountain areas, the exploration of mountainous topography and the artificially induced changes in unnatural factors. The difficulty lies in the processing and scientific analysis of the collected data and the existing data. The economic development situation of mountainous cities has always affected the development of these tasks. Based on the economic development situation of mountainous cities, this paper aims to provide technical support in formulating reasonable flood control standards and establishing runoff models. This objective can be achieved through using GIS technology as process data method, optimizing flood control standard scheme by set pair analysis method, and selecting the best scheme to establish rainfall simulation model, three-dimensional terrain model of mountain basin. The above work will promote the establishment of runoff model, and solve the problems in flood control and drainage work of mountainous cities.
