摘要

随着我国经济建设水平的不断提升,人们对生活的质量需求也不断的增长,建筑业是社会发展过程中必不可少的重要内容,我国可持续发展战略提出的成功性,让绿色施工管理理念成为了建筑施工管理过程中不断发展的主要方向,绿色施工管理工作的实施,能够全面提高工程建设水平和质量,满足人们的建设需求,做好环境保护工作。首先探讨了创新建筑施工管理的意义,从创新施工管理和绿色施工管理两个方面说明了研究对象的研究意义和重要性,同时分析了建筑施工管理的创新方法和目前施工企业存在的问题和弊端。针对这些弊端,总结出了基于绿色施工理念下的施工管理措施。为建筑施工提供了良好的方向,给施工管理的提高提出了宝贵的工程建议。
        With the continuous improvement of China's economic construction level, people's demand for quality of life is also constantly increasing. The construction industry is an indispensable important content in the process of social development. The success of China's sustainable development strategy has made the concept of green construction management It has become the main direction of continuous development in the process of building construction management. The implementation of green construction management can comprehensively improve the level and quality of engineering construction, meet people's construction needs, and do environmental protection work.Firstly, the significance of innovative building construction management is discussed. The research significance and importance of the research object are explained from the aspects of innovative construction management and green construction management. At the same time, the innovative methods of building construction management and the existing construction enterprises exist. Problems and drawbacks. In response to these shortcomings, the construction management measures based on the green construction concept were summarized.
