摘要

房屋建筑工程管理中,对工程进行造价管理十分重要,但目前国内的房屋建筑工程建设中仍存在一些问题。因此,从房屋建筑工程造价管理的重要性及相关概述出发,结合实际情况,分析在房屋建筑工程造价管理中的常见问题及其解决办法,以为类似工程提供借鉴。
        In the construction management of housing, it is very important to manage the cost of the project. However, there are still some problems in the construction of domestic building construction. Therefore, starting from the importance of housing construction project cost management and related overview, combined with the actual situation, analyze the common problems and solutions in the cost management of building construction projects, in order to provide reference for similar projects.
