进口连续采煤机电气控制系统国产化改造实践

摘要
介绍了连采机工作用途,分析进口JOY连续采煤机电气控制系统功能,国产化改造的必要性,在满足连续采煤机防爆性能和功能的基础上,采用了交流变频调速技术、现场总线、故障诊断、计算机应用等技术,实现了进口连续采煤机电控系统各个部件的国产化改造,满足了数字化矿山对工作面采掘设备的数字化、网络化、自动化、信息化、智能化的要求。实践表明,通过对进口设备电控系统的国产化改造,不仅提高了设备的技术水平,而且降低了设备的维护、使用成本。
        This paper introduces the working purpose of continuous mining machine, analyzes the function of imported JOY continuous coal mining machine electrical control system, and the necessity of localization transformation. On the basis of meeting the explosion-proof performance and function of continuous coal mining machine, it adopts AC frequency conversion speed regulation technology and site. Bus,fault diagnosis, computer application and other technologies have realized the localization of the various components of the imported continuous coal mining electrical control system, and have met the digitization, networking, automation, informationization and intelligence of the digital mining face mining equipment. Claim. Practice shows that through the localization of the electronic control system of imported equipment, not only the technical level of the equipment is improved, but also the maintenance and use cost of the equipment is reduced.
