聚羧酸减水剂转化率与混凝土强度关系研究

摘要
本文设计了4种不同大单体转化率的聚羧酸减水剂,将其进行混凝土实验,考察了减水剂中大单体转化率与对应的混凝土强度之间的关系。实验结果表明:聚羧酸减水剂的大单体转化率与混凝土强度有较为明显的关系,当大单体转化率较低时,对应混凝土强度较低,当大单体转化率较高时,对应混凝土强度增大。
        In this paper, four polycarboxylate superplasticizer with different conversion rate were designed and tested on concrete.The relationship between conversion ratio of macromer in polycarboxylate superplasticizer and corresponding concrete strength was investigated. The results indicated that conversion ratio of macromer in polycarboxylate superplasticizer was obviously related to the strength of concrete.When the conversion ratio of macromer was low,the corresponding concrete strength was low; when the conversion ratio of macromer was high,the corresponding concrete strength increased.
