摘要
为高效分离乙酸乙酯-乙醇共沸物,实验测定了乙酸乙酯-乙醇溶液在常压下气液平衡数据和活性毛细管填料对其的影响,为活性填料毛细管精馏高效分离共沸物提供了依据。首先测定了无填料时乙酸乙酯-乙醇二元气液平衡数据,经Herington面积法检验,符合热力学一致性;用热力学模型关联,效果良好;然后加入活性氧化铝、椰壳活性炭和13X分子筛,测定不同种类和不同含量的活性填料对乙酸乙酯-乙醇气液平衡数据的影响,结果表明:13X分子筛对乙酸乙酯-乙醇气液平衡数据基本无影响;椰壳活性炭影响居中;活性氧化铝影响最大,可将乙酸乙酯的共沸摩尔组成从0. 54提高到0. 77。由此可知,活性氧化铝有利于乙酸乙酯-乙醇共沸物的分离。
        To separate binary azeotrope of ethyl acetate and ethanol efficiently,the vapor-liquid equilibrium data of ethyl acetate and ethanol under atmospheric pressure,and the effects of active packing with capillary structure on it,were measured. It provided the basis for the development of the active packing capillary distillation to separate azeotrope efficiently. The measured vapor-liquid equilibrium data without active packing were verified to satisfy the thermodynamic consistency by the Herington method and were correlated very well by thermodynamic models. Then the effect of different kinds and amounts of active packing on vapor-liquid equilibrium data was measured. The results show that 13 X molecular sieve has no effect on the vapor-liquid equilibrium data,coconut activated carbon has a little effect on it,and the activated alumina has a great effect on it and the azeotropic mole fraction of ethyl acetate could be increased from 0. 54 to 0. 77. Therefore,the activated alumina is good for the separation of ethyl acetate-ethanol.
