摘要
采用盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸和高氯酸混合酸分解试样,在碱性介质并有氧化剂存在的条件下,镍离子与丁二酮肟形成稳定的酒红色络合物,于460nm波长处进行吸光度测定,根据朗伯比尔定律计算镍含量。实验得到该方法的相对标准偏差RSD(n=9):1.02%~1.61%,加标回收率:98.33%~101.28%,能够满足红土镍矿中镍含量的快速、准确测定。
The samples were decomposed by hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid mixture.Under the presence of alkaline medium and oxidant,nickel ions and dimethylglyoxime formed a stable wine red complex,and the absorbency was determined at the 460 nm wave strength.According to Langbobier's law,the nickel content was calculated.The relative standard deviation RSD(n=9)of this method is obtained experimentally:1.02%-1.61%,and the standard recovery rate is:98.33%-101.28%,which can satisfy the rapid and accurate determination of nickel content in clay nickel ore.
