摘要

柳州市县区近年来虽加大了水污染综合治理力度,但局部水域水污染现象依然严峻,排污口设置不合理现象依然存在。介绍了柳州市入河排污口全面摸底调查的结果,分析了该市入河排污口及监管工作存在的问题,并提出了整治方案,落实了整治责任部门和完成整治时间。
        Comprehensive harnessing of water pollution has been strengthened recently in the urban area and counties of Liuzhou City, but there still exist serious water pollution and irrational arrangement of sewage outlets locally.An introduction was made on the results of overall investigation of the river sewage outlets in Liuzhou City, based on which the authors analyze the problem existing in sewage outlets and supervision,and present the harnessing scheme, the responsible departments and the completion schedule.
