摘要
数控机床在解决精密或者复杂零件的过程中具有重要的作用,机电一体化系统数控机床数据具有典型性。以PLC为基础的数控机床电气控制系统属于数控机床发展的主要结果。PLC数控机床在使用过程中具备多种优点,比如电气控制系统利用工件断刀检测、自动夹紧及机械手自动换刀等,能够有效实现数控机床自动化。基于此,本文就对电气控制系统研究价值进行分析,并且完成数控机床电气控制系统的优化设计。
The CNC machine tool plays an important role in the process of solving precision or complex parts. The data have a typical basic point integrated CNC machine tool. The PLC-based electrical control system of CNC machine tools is the main result of the development of CNC machine tools. The PLC numerical control machine tool has many advantages in the use process, for example, the electrical control system can be used to detect the broken knife, to automatically clamp and change hand tools of the robot, etc. It can effectively realize the automation of the numerical control machine tool. Based on this, this article analyzes the research value of the electrical control system and realizes the optimal design of the electrical control system of the numerical control machine tool.
