摘要
对庭院燃气管道基于流量类数据提出两种泄漏监测识别模式:一是对庭院小区流量进行24 h监测,通过对瞬时流量或瞬时流量变化值异常波动的分析,识别管道是否发生突发性泄漏;二是对于第一种模式识别不出来的小流量泄漏,监测小区在夜间用气低谷时段的流量,通过对瞬时流量累加值的判断,识别管道是否存在小孔泄漏现象。对某小区的用气负荷进行监测,在实验室搭建试验测试系统,采用空气作为气源,模拟小孔泄漏。该泄漏监测识别模式在非用气高峰时段可以识别直径9 mm以上的泄漏孔泄漏,在用气低谷时段可以识别直径3 mm以上的泄漏孔泄漏。
Two kinds of leakage monitoring and identification modes of courtyard gas pipeline are proposed based on the flow data: the first is to monitor the flow of the courtyard area for 24 h,and to identify whether the pipeline has sudden leakage by analyzing the abnormal fluctuation of instantaneous flow or instantaneous flow change value. The second is to monitor the flow during the nighttime gas consumption valley for the small flow leakage that is not recognized by the first mode,and to identify whether there is a small hole leakage phenomenon in the pipeline by judging the accumulated value of the instantaneous flow. The gas load of an area was monitored,the experimental test system was set up in the laboratory,and air was used as a gas source to simulate the small hole leakage. The leakage monitoring identification mode can identify leakage holes with a diameter of more than 9 mm during non-gas consumption peak period,and identify leakage holes with a diameter of more than 3 mm during the nighttime gas consumption valley.
