摘要

总结棉汉麻混纺织物的生产要点。以精梳长绒棉占60%、汉麻占40%的混纺纱为经纬纱,平纹为织物组织。对汉麻进行养生处理;长绒棉与汉麻混和打包后再纺纱,提高了纤维的可纺性和制成率;通过优选浆料配方和浆纱工艺,使浆纱后纱线强力增加18.4%,毛羽更贴伏;经过烧毛、退浆、丝光、轧光等,进一步提高了织物的外观品质。认为:开发的织物可以满足高档夏季衬衣面料的要求。
        Production key points of cotton and hemp blended fabrics were summarized.Blended yarn of 60% combed long-staple cotton and 40% hemp was taken as warp and weft,plain weave was taken as fabric structure.Hemp was pretreated.Long-staple cotton and hemp were mixed,packaged then spun,fiber spinnability and production rate were improved.Sizing instruction and sizing process were optimized.Sized yarn strength was increased 18.4%,hairiness was more appreciative.After singeing,desizing,mercerizing and calendering,fabric appearance quality was further improved.It is considered that developed fabric can meet requirements of high-grade summer shirt fabrics.
