摘要
装配式建筑大量采用预制构件进行现场拼装,其施工中应用的临时支撑系统及外防护系统对保障施工安全、提高施工效率具有重要作用。依托国内规模较大的装配式混凝土结构高层住宅项目,通过现场测试,对斜支撑及竖向支撑在主要施工工况下的受力特性进行了研究,并探讨其应用的合理性。利用有限元软件MIDAS/GEN进行数值分析,得出了不同施工工况、不同支撑位置下的受力分布规律。提出了一种竖向支撑简化计算方法以及提高施工精度与质量控制的对策。该研究可为今后装配式建筑施工中安全防护体系的设置、优化提供参考。
Due to extensive use of precast members and site assembly, the temporary support system and external protection system play an important role in ensuring the safety of prefabricated construction and improving the construction efficiency. Based on the project of the largest high-rise residential buildings with fabricated concrete(PC) structure in China, the mechanical properties of oblique supports and vertical supports in the main construction process, as well as its rationality of arrangement, are studied through field test. The finite element(FE) software MIDAS/GEN is used to analyze the stress distribution under various construction cases and support positions. In addition, a simplified calculating method for vertical support and several recommendations on improving the construction quality and accuracy are put forward. The study can provide reference for the setting and optimization of safety protection system in the construction of prefabricated buildings.
