摘要
利用引入材料织构系数的正交金属板材弹性张量和塑性屈服函数,建立了用简单拉伸实验测量正交金属板材弹性常数和塑性参数的一般方法。在此基础上,在Zwick Z100电子万能试验机上,采用单轴拉伸实验方法,测量了某金属板材的所有弹塑性参数。实验过程中,对应变场的测量采用了Zwick自带的纵横向电子引伸计和ARAMIS三维光学应变测量系统两种变形测量方法,两种方法得出的结果相近,验证了相关实验数据的可靠性。
        A general methodology for obtaining the elastic constant and plastic parameters of cubic crystal orthogonal sheet metal by tensile test was developed,in which the elastic tensor and plastic yield function including material texture coefficients were applied. On basis of the newly developed method,uniaxial tensile tests by Zwick Z100 universal testing machine were carried out to obtain the elasticplastic parameters of a certain steel sheet. In the tests,strain field measurements were accomplished by using two types of extensometers,viz.,Zwick's own crossbar electronic extensometer and ARAMIS 3 D optical strain measuring system. It is observed that the strain field measurement results of the two kinds of extensometers are close,which confirms the reliability of testing results.
