通过硝酸和盐酸对试样进行溶解,介质选择盐酸(5%),铜、铅、锌、钴、镍于原子吸收分光光度计上在特定波长处,以空气一乙炔火焰进行测定。
The sample was dissolved by nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, and the medium was hydrochloric acid(5%).Copper, lead, zinc, cobalt and nickel were determined by air-acetylene flame at a specific wavelength on atomic absorption spectrometer.
