摘要

将NK模型和适应度景观理论引入到房地产企业危机管理能力的研究中.首先,总结出影响房地产企业危机管理能力的五个主要因素:危机文化、学习能力、市场能力、战略能力以及资源系统,建立房地产企业危机管理系统的NK模型;然后,用计算机模拟分析这些因素间相互作用对企业危机管理系统适应度的影响,得到影响因素的状态组合及不同状态组合对房地产企业危机管理系统适应度的贡献值;最后,描绘出房地产企业危机管理系统的适应度景观图,从而找出提高房地产企业危机管理系统适应性的最佳路径.从复杂适应性的角度为提高房地产企业危机管理系统的适应性提供决策依据.
        An NK model and fitness landscape theory are introduced into the research of crisis management capability of real estate enterprises. Firstly, five main factors affecting the crisis management capability of real estate enterprises are summarized, which are crisis culture, learning ability, market ability, strategic ability and resource system, and an NK model of crisis management system for real estate enterprises is established. Then computer simulation is used to analyze the influence of the interaction of these factors on the adaptability of the enterprise crisis management system, and the contribution value of the combination of the influencing factors and different combination of states to the adaptability of real estate enterprise crisis management system is obtained. Finally, the landscape map of the adaptability of real estate enterprise crisis management system is depicted to find out the best way to improve the adaptability of real estate enterprise crisis management system. From the perspective of adaptability, it provides decision-making basis for improving the adaptability of crisis management system of real estate enterprises.
